Mediterranian CAULIFOWER PATTIES FOR QUICK SNACK AND FILLING

Recipe:

Cauliflowers

TWO EGGS

TWO CUP OF FLOUR

A TEA SPOON OF BAKING POWER

A PINCH OF SALT TO YOUR TASTE

A PINCH OF PEPPER.

A  1/2 CUP OF ROMANO CHEESE

COUPLE SPOON OF MINCED MOZZARELLA CHEESE

FIRST

First Cook your Cauliflower After cooked drain the water,

use a small bowl for mixing.Then add two large eggs,salt and pepper,

a teaspoon of baking powder and 2 cups of flour then mix all

together, use a 10 to 12 inch frying pan,add extra virgin olive

so as to cover the patties,start with a high flame once the oil is hot Turn

down to medium then scoop  with a full spoon in to the pan as you see it in the pictures

then turn your patties once one side is done light brown then turn it

on the otherside when the second side is brown remove it and add some more if you

have anything left.

“DELIZIOSO” Eat them while they are hot or warm and add salt to your taste.
Good with salse or ranch
